Warranty
Our Expertise
We offer the manufacturer's warranty for materials installed on our projects. In most cases this warranty is 6 months, but it does vary by product and project.
We can facilitate requesting the replacement components and, in most cases, can have the material shipped directly to you. (This process can take anywhere from a week to several months depending on the availability of materials) We will always do our best to get you the materials as soon as possible.
Labor is not included in the warranty and all replacement fixtures, drivers and ballasts must be installed by a licensed electrician. (We are not able to request additional replacements if the replacement material was installed incorrectly)
Most manufacturers don't charge shipping fees in regard to replacement materials, but it does happen on occasion- If this is the case you will receive an invoice for the freight.
